Because the press tour for The Devil Wears Prada 2 is exactly the fashion bomb everyone expected it to be, the London photo call wasn’t going to be restricted to some rooftop shots in presentably professional day looks. No, the stars of the film served up full red carpet moments before they had to go and get changed for the actual red carpet. We salute their efforts. We also judge the hell out of them. Let’s go.
Anne Hathaway in Louis Vuitton

This is gorgeous. The skirt gets a little overwhelming, but she can handle big, fussy fashion. This probably isn’t fair, and it really doesn’t matter, but considering the obvious attempts to go viral with the theme-dressing, we can’t help but think of Margot Robbie kicking off the Barbie tour in a black and white striped dress to evoke her vintage bathing suit.
Meryl Streep in Richard Quinn

The lady is having a blast, looking amazing, and is probably wearing something completely comfy underneath all that.
Emily Blunt in Dior

This is really cute and doesn’t feel like her normal style at all. This is a moment to have a little fun with your fashion choices and we’re happy to see her indulging. No notes.
Stanley Tucci

He always keeps it so impeccable, which is why we feel we have to nitpick the cuff situation (they’re too loose, uneven and creased) and the tie situation (unusually sloppy).
