Fjord stars Sebastian Stan and Renate Reinsve came to the Cannes Film Festival premiere and gave us little to discuss. And by that we mean “little to complain about.”

Very nice. Good watch modeling. The grooming is tightly controlled and looks good on him, although we’d have liked a cleaner neck. Still, no real complaints. We’d sound silly making them. He looks great.

This is sleekly gorgeous on her. Her styling preferences have always tended toward plainness, so while we might have liked an up do or showier jewelry or more of a beat, we don’t think any of those things are required. We hate the neckline but it’s a nice way of getting out of having to wear a pendant.

FJORD
The Gheorghius, a devout Romanian Norwegian couple, resettle in a village set in a distant fjord where they become close to their neighbours, the Halbergs. Their children bond despite their different education.
When adolescent Elia Gheorghiu shows up at school with some bruises on her body, the community asks itself if the traditional education that the Gheorghiu children get from their parents might have anything to do with it.
