Taylor Swift doing a classic celebrity sidewalk sashay again! Is it 2016 again? Are we all younger? Perhaps you have forgotten (and shame on you if you have), but there was a time in the hazy past, before Taylor Swift became an international cultural institution and the voice of several generations, when she was merely a pop superstar, that Tay would put on the least practical city day looks imaginable, hang an empty designer bag on her arm, and traipse all over New York and LA for the paps. It was a golden era.
