Charlize Theron is out serving her brand of kickass style (leather pants mandatory) as she makes the press rounds to promote her upcoming thriller Apex.

Well that’s just about perfect. We say “just about” because we’re not totally in love with the shirt. It’s too plain from the front and too goofy from the back. But you can’t deny that she was born to work a pair of leather pants.
ON THE TONIGHT SHOW STARRING JIMMY FALLON
It looks like she can’t deny it either. This is kind of her thing: she’ll go for these hard-edged pieces that really suit her, but in our opinion, she tends to screw the look up with one goofy-ass choice. Can you guess it? We know you can. Everything her is working beautifully for her until you get to that silly footwear.
IN DIOR AT THE NEW YORK PREMIERE
Once again, a sharp look that plays to her strengths, but there’s always one glaring detail that just defeats it. Sorry, but that “blouse” is just dumb. Is it even a blouse? Or is that just a collar with no shirt attached? We assumed it was sheer but now we’re not so sure. Either way, ditch the ghost blouse and put on a proper shirt. The collar looks silly.
