Call us crazy, but this high-waisted pair of pleated pants with built-in beaded suspenders —
Sorry. We got a little lightheaded and nauseous there for a second.
But for real: this almost sort of … works?
It really shouldn’t based on the description alone. Based on the FACT OF THEIR EXISTENCE. But really, these goofy pants somehow look kind of smart on her? We don’t think the top works at all, but the killer pair of pumps does a lot to make the lower half (two-thirds, actually) work kind of well for her.
Yes. Go ahead. Call us crazy. But when you think of the long line of poorly chosen Diors the gal has been contractually obligated to wear, this has a smart, go-getting kind of vibe to it that plays well with her looks and personality. Not so much on the Goop hair, though.
