We love this look in all its semi-tacky glory. It’s basically a more high-fashion version of a Dolly Parton dress. She loves herself some fashion and she never fails to put on something of a show, but she’s really at her best when she’s in something a little bit showier and a little bit tackier. Some gals have a knack.

Having said that, we think the matchy shoes might be a bit much in this instance. But the color looks amazing on her and the shape and style are sexy-fun. Normally we’d find that much ruching a bit visually overwhelming but like we said, she’s got a knack for pulling of totally extra looks.
