Beaver pelts. So not bridal, are we right? We are not loving the current fashion trend for slapping random pieces of faux fur on skirts and dresses. We saw a lot of that leading up to the Oscars and we hated it, but we just thought it was about random designers getting bored. We weren’t prepared for a full beaver assault. It seems like every time we get well and truly sick of one design trend, the world of fashion over-corrects. A full year of us whining about the ubiquity of feathers on every dress and gown and now we’re going to have to look at these silly rat hides on everything. In related news, wow are those belt loops annoying or what?
