Black Mirror star and Time 100 honoree Rashida Jones put on a pretty, tricky dress (it is both pretty and tricky, if not pretty tricky) to chat about this and that with Jimmy Kimmel.

You have to watch the video of her walking out in order to get the full effect of the dress, which is something of an argument that it should have been worn for a standing situation like a red carpet. To bolster that argument is the clear discomfort she’s feeling with how the skirt is falling when she’s seated. Despite all that, it still looks pretty great on her; modern and unique. We especially love the black pleated portion of it, which disappears when she sits down, unfortunately. The print is sharp and eye-catching, but delicate, so it doesn’t distract. It’s a great style for her. It’s just not great for the setting.
