Max is out playing all her style hits: bigass hats, questionable color-matching, and the kind of dress you wouldn’t expect a royal to wear. King Willem-Alexander and Queen Maxima visited Markt in Wessem, during a regional visit to the province of Limburg.
A SHEER SKIRT ON THIS QUEEN. OVER A MINI. Camilla would NEVER. Not that there’s anything scandalous about the look, except for the usual issue of it being kind of tacky and poorly styled. The dress is actually kind of cute, all things considered. While the accessories are all fairly nice pieces, especially the shawl, we don’t think any of them work particularly well with the dress. The hat, like so many of her hats, is out of scale with the outfit. The shawl clashes with the dress and the shoes. She’s never boring, we’ll give her that.
