We’re a couple of days late on this one, but such is the way of the Venice Film Festival, which doesn’t slow down so that bitchy bloggers can get caught up on their content. Sigourney Weaver received the Golden Lion Award for Lifetime Achievement and she seemed thrilled by the honor. Or maybe she just knew she looked amazing receiving it.
No notes, really. The fit on the jacket could be a little better and we think there are too many buttons on it, but that’s getting incredibly nitpicky about it. This is classic Grande Dame style, which makes it perfectly appropriate for holding your Lifetime Achievement award.
