Girlfriend looks like she fell down a hole and climbed out of it to get there. After all this time, we still do not understand how or why celebrities choose outfits that look like they survived industrial accidents. Even if you’ve convinced yourself that it’s edgy, you have to know – especially if you’re at her point in her career – that it’s just going to photograph like an absolute mess. It’s such a hideously unflattering design that makes her look a little crazy. We don’t know what’s worse, the bra straps, that clinically depressed bow, or the crinoline hem. We don’t get it. Is she trying to look serious? Prestige? Avant garde? Because we’re here to tell you, America. You look a mess.
