It only makes sense to pit them against each other in a fashion cage match, wouldn’t you say? As always, each of us chose our favorite red carpet look of the week, and each of YOU get to vote on which one should have the top spot of the week. Ready? Got your judgin’ pants on? Let’s go!
T’s Pick: Rosamund Pike in Dior Couture
Tom’s Take: “Before Lorenzo had his third sip of coffee this morning, I approached him and said very rapidly ‘WeshoulddoashowdownpostI’mpickingRosamundPike‘ because even in his semi-awake state, Lorenzo would have almost certainly gone for this one and I wanted to get to it first. It’s hilarious, it’s camp, but it’s also super-chic. She looks like a 1958 Vogue cover and I can’t possibly pay it a higher compliment.”
Lo’s Pick: Lily Gladstone in Valentino
Lorenzo’s Take: “Actually, I disagree with that a little. This was the first look that I thought of when Tom said the word ‘showdown.’ I’ve been thinking of this look all week. It’s so graceful and elegant in this really deliberate way that sends a message. She never looked so beautiful.”
