You heard us!
Back when we were writing Legendary Children, we had a single goal in mind (aside from it being excellent and also selling lots, which are pretty much understood without verbalizing): we wanted this to be a book people were still interested in and talking about years later. Pop culture books, especially ones pegged to a specific TV show, tend to have a relatively short shelf life and an even shorter time as part of the cultural conversation. It thrills us more than we can tell you that, four years post-publication, we will be hosted by the National Arts Club in New York during Pride month, where we’ll get up on stage once again, do a little reading, talk a little bit about queer cultural heroes, and answer any questions while looking fabulous.
Here are the deets. This is a ticketed event and we’re not talking stadium arena here. Seating is limited, so if you want to get a little T Lo fix during Pride, in a particularly fabulous setting like the National Arts Club, you should reserve your spot as soon as you can. Can’t wait to see you there!
