If they didn’t coordinate ahead of time, this is very lucky happenstance, because we’d swear they’ve all been styled for a photo shoot together. Each look is distinct, appropriate to its wearer, and coordinates well with the others. Well done or good luck, it’s all the same to us.

As we noted the other day, she seems to be fighting her way out of the Audreybot persona that defined her red carpet style for so many years. It’s rare to see her a) in a color, b) wearing a lot of eye makeup, and c) smiling. It’s unheard of to witness all three happening at once. For that reason, we’re probably inclined to like this more than we should. The fit on the jacket is kind of terrible, but the look is striking on her.

We seem to be entering a hooded-gown period and we’re all for it. Bring back some of that ’40s screen siren realness, we say. We’d love to suggest statement jewelry or a more done-up face, just because the dress kinda begs for dramatic styling, but since neither of those things appear to be her bag, we’re okay with the approach she took. We think it a pair of boots were called for instead.

This is just basic, classic, screen siren glamour. It looks heavy as hell, but we wish it were a few inches longer on her. She definitely could’ve used more jewelry. She always picks the wrong shoes.
