The stars came out in some (mostly) subdued looks for the Gucci show in Milan. Let’s judge how awkwardly they posed with their purses!
This is a really gorgeous look. We realize that the cuffed sleeves are probably deliberate, but we’d have rather seen properly hemmed sleeves. You can’t really cuff the sleeve of a lined jacket and have it look right. LOVE the boots.
It’s cute, but it all feels very basic. The bag seems randomly chosen. It has nothing to do with the outfit.
This is everything we’d expect of her. The color’s a little more subdued than her norm, but for the most part, this is the standard Flo look, rendered in the highest of high fashion. The bag is kind of ugly but the dress is amazing.
This is so sweetly low-key that it’s short-circuiting our brands a little, mostly because the phrase “sweetly low-key” doesn’t normally come to mind when thinking of Halle’s personal style or Gucci’s whole aesthetic. We’re not crazy about the handkerchief hem, which always looks a little dreary to us, but the overall look is very cute.
There’s your Gucci girl. Everyone else may be toning it down, but you’ll pry the gold sequined zebra print out of Jodie Turner-Smith’s cold, dead hands. This is pure fabulousness. LOVE the hat.
The Madonna biopic may be dead in the water, but she’s gonna keep on working that True Blue look for as long as she can get away with it. Not that we’re complaining. It really suits her. The dress is great; simple and sexy. The shoes are elegant, but we don’t think they go with the dress all that well.
