As we’ve mentioned a time or two before, Rosamund Pike is so much better off when she gets weird with her fashion. We don’t necessarily mean edgy or trendy or avant garde. Just let that Pike freak flag fly and she’s good to go – or at least better off than if she just tried to do the usual Important Actress style. We don’t normally put fashion show looks up to a vote like this, but red carpets are scarce and it occurred to us that we have yet to do an IN or OUT post in this Year of Our Lockdown 2022. Besides, we’ve got a ridiculous number of appointments today and we need to turn at least one of these posts over to y’all for judgment so we can get it all done. So have at it:
We feel it imperative to point out that not only is Miss Pike wearing what can only be described as a puffy gown, but also a beaded mesh veil, which is not included in the Dior look book styling but she evidently felt this gown needed a little extra something. Rosamund Pike thought a puffy gown wasn’t enough. Consider that in your voting.
Rosamund Pike’s Puffy n’ Pearls Dior Look:
IN or OUT?
We always set these posts up as a way to turn the work over to you, but then we wind up writing about a hundred words more than we normally would if we just gave her a straight-up assessment. Ah, well. Nevertheless.
