Kate Mara stopped by The Tonight Show to chat about the recently wrapped season of her show Imperfect Women while wearing a baffling dress.
Did we lie? We can certainly understand why any ladystar might opt for a leather mini, especially in a season where cowhide is all the rage, but we just don’t get the design or the styling here. The bodice is fine, but that cheerleader skirt looks very weird with it. The waist sits oddly on her own proportions and we just don’t see how anyone would look at this and think a 0air of demure sandals were called for. This is a combat boot frock if ever we saw one. Granted, she’s not a combat boot kind of girl, but even a cute pair of booties would make more sense here.
