It’s a cliche we really try to avoid in our writing, but between this look and yesterday’s stately Dior, it sure is looking like pregnancy agrees with Jennifer Lawrence.

In a style sense, of course. For all we know, she’s been going through it behind the scenes in decidedly unglamorous ways, but her front-facing fashion game has been pretty great. Having covered a lot of starlets who grow up to be stars, we don’t think it’s entirely uncommon for some of them to joyously embrace the freedom being pregnant gives them after a decade or more of constantly micro-managing their looks. We know that might sound odd, but just consider how often belly cutouts and sheer dresses dominate the red carpet. Given the opportunity to finally opt out of all that stuff, some ladystars tend to find new and better ways to express their style. She look great and it’s a really cute dress.
