We gave our thoughts on Impeachment: American Crime Story what seems like a long time ago, but it feels like the season never really caught on with people. We almost never see pieces on it or hear it come up in conversations about what’s currently airing or streaming. Anyway, Beanie’s wrapping up her time as Monica Lewinsky and firmly in Fanny Brice mode as she prepares to conquer Broadway, Barbra-style.
The dress is cute enough, although we tend to think it’s difficult to make leopard print look expensive onscreen. Call us snob if you must. There are so many cheap versions of this textile that it’s hard to suss out when you’re looking at anything of high quality. We also tend to think the accentuated shoulder isn’t her friend. But what we’re really thinking, what we can’t stop thinking is how horrible those shoes are.
