We CANNOT even tell you how much we adore this look. A reminder: We did say we’d be fickle as hell all day regarding our faves. And while we take nothing away from our previously declared tops-the-top, this look has a special place in our hearts for being far less about Hollywood glam in the conventional sense and far more about fashion and theatricality. The combination of Twiggy hair, actual Pierrot makeup to go with that collar, and a dress that might have come from Princess Diana’s revenge period. The people’s princess did love a strong shoulder and a floppy collar, after all. The earrings and ring are exquisite. It was a big night for big gems. Bravo and Brava to everyone involved in this unique and perfectly suited look for a major up-and-comer. Just spectacular.
