Miss Jennifer and Dior have had a rocky, if lucrative relationship. We tend to pre-roll our eyes at the idea of her in another Dior ensemble, based solely on how badly suited she is to the brand who made her their public face. And we still aren’t nuts about belly-baring ensembles unless you’re talking about warm-weather wear. When leather jackets, sweaters, and full-length skirts are involved, we tend to ask whether the crop top was really necessary. And yet…

Dior rarely seems to capture who she is when they style her, but of all the Dior looks she’s sported since she signed on the dotted line, this may be the one that gets closest to her personality and feels like it might even be something she’d wear if she had the choice. We don’t like the sweater at all, but the skirt and jacket look dramatic together and the heavy necklace action gives it a high-chic sort of feel. We’re mostly digging this. And you?
