Yes it’s true, kittens! We have an actual Friday Leftovers post to throw at you before we head out the door for the weekend! Oh, it’s been so long, hasn’t it? Almost four months to the day, actually. We’ve missed doing our judgements quick n’ dirty style! LFG!
Billy Porter
The Reverend Billy Porter is here to listen to your sins. Or maybe he’s doing a little Ruth Bader Ginsburg cosplay. Either way, we kinda like this latest style turn for him.
Gwen Stefani in Christian Cowan
She is so not the girl we thought she was in the ’90s. She wore this for her Walk of Fame star ceremony, which makes it exceedingly appropriate, we guess. It’s fine. Nothing wrong with a pop star wearing a little costume. It’s just kind of… basic.
Haley Bennett in Alberta Ferretti
And speaking of basic…ooof. Girl.
Isabella Rossellini
It’s chic and extremely on brand for her. We just wish it hadn’t wrinkled so much. We also don’t think the bag goes at all. A gold clutch would’ve been just the thing.
Jodie Whittaker and Bella Ramsey
How cute are they together? Bella’s absolutely slaying with their suit and footwear combo, but we have to admit we almost love Jodie’s goofy jumpsuit. It just needed a belt or something.
Karreuche Tran in Loewe
The dress looks great on her and she’s extremely well styled, but we have to admit to not liking the print or color story.
Kit Connor in Carhartt
This all feels a teeny bit affected (the cap is a bit much), but he looks cute and this feels very on brand for him.
Meryl Streep in Marni
Ahhh, there she is. There’s Wacky Aunt Meryl. It’s been a while. This isn’t terrible, but we don’t understand why she’s wearing that black jacket.
Monica Bellucci in Dolce & Gabbana
Can’t argue with any of that.
Tom Sturridge and Haley Bennett (in Destree)
He’s doing the bare minimum and she’s doing just a little too much.
