The cape is gorgeous. We’d have liked a glove that offered a little more contrast. This is a casual outfit at a casual event, so we’ll try to say this without sounding too nitpicky: it looks weirdly unbalanced in pictures; the top all beige and the bottom all black. Some brown boots might have tied it together a little better. She needs to fire her makeup team because that splotchy orange face is a terrible way to cap off a pretty decent look. On Saturday night, the Sussexes said goodbye at a gala at the Vancouver Convention Centre where she wore a lovely Greta Constantine gown. You’ll have to click through to their site to see it, but it strikes us one of the best iterations of Meghan’s preferences for roomy, swaddling garments in muted colors.
