It’s nice to see Beanie out promoting new work after that professional embarrassment of Funny Girl and the movie looks pretty fun (with a stacked cast). With that out of the way, we have a pressing matter to discuss. Scroll down and look at the runway version of this dress and then scroll back up and look at Beanie’s version and then scroll back here. You still with us? Okay, here’s the thing. The silver metallic dress is loud but also kind of fun and glam and makes a pretty good choice for a premiere like this. We absolutely understand why she wouldn’t want to wear the sleeveless version. Our question to you: is this solution working for you? We don’t know how much of a difference it would make to remove them, but we’re focused mostly on that heavy collar and that necklace, which is all wrong for it. It’s possible she sheer yoke and sleeves can work, but we don’t think styling is right here.
