You’ve heard the phrase “everything but the kitchen sink,” but Miss Christina is at the Vivienne Westwood show to intoduce a new phrase into the style lexicon: “Everything but the hallway rug.”
Except she’s wearing that too. Along with the drapes and the piano shawl and maybe a couple of table runners as well. We think that coat, as overwrought a design as it is, has some real potential, but it’s got to be paired with an outfit that isn’t going to fight its too-muchness. We might be forgiving about the dress, but those horrible gloves should’ve been left on her hotel room bed. She looks like an upholstery convention floor model.
