We tend to see Scarlett as one of those stars with a notably spotty red carpet record, with a tendency to pick slightly tacky looks for herself. We honestly go back and forth on this one. It’s a classic design in most ways, but it also feels a bit overdesigned. Either the flower or the ruffled skirt would have to go in order for this one to work for us. We don’t think the styling’s doing much to elevate the look either. That hairstyle is… a choice. That’s all we’ll say about that. Your turn!
