Darlings, we woke with a start early this morning and for once, it wasn’t because a cat jumped on one of our faces. No, it’s because we realized, in those pre-dawn moments, that we had failed you this week. Despite a more than healthy amount of celebrity style coverage, we did not give you the opportunity to make the final call on any of it. It’s rare for us to go this long without an “IN or OUT?” post and for that, you have our deepest apologies. Now get to work. We’ve got sandwiches to eat.

It’s  not like we gave you a tough one this time. Or did we? The Chanel Ambassadress has not always been well-served by her affiliation with the brand – then again, we think every actress locked into a fashion contract inevitably gets let down by the house in some way. If you care what we have to think, the style of gown is perfect for her and the setting, but we aren’t at all crazy about the print and we think the bag looks completely wrong with it. But that’s just us. And you, darling?
