2023 Cannes Film Festival: Michael Douglas, Catherine Zeta-Jones and Carys Zeta Douglas at the Opening Ceremony

We realize that the phrase “Hollywood royalty” has been overused to the point of rendering it meaningless, but it’s impossible to look at this serving of intergenerational glam with the Douglas name attached and not think of it. Micheal Douglas came to Cannes to receive the honorary Palme D’Or award and he brought his glamorous wife Catherine Zeta-Jones and equally glamorous daughter Carys Zeta Douglas with him.

We don’t know if this is meant to be some sort of soft launch for Carys’ career, but it sure feels like one. They all look great. Catherine can be a little questionable with her style choices but this gown looks great on her. The color story is gorgeous. Carys is the very picture of an ingenue. The gown is just sexy enough to take a good picture and to avoid a white gown looking bridal. He looks just fine.
