We are pleased to report that Yellowjackets star Melanie Lynskey has found her style mojo. Or maybe she returned to it. Either way, we’re loving this look:

Personally, we think she could’ve rocked it without the blazer or failing that, should’ve buttoned it for pictures, but that’s a minor quibble, considering how much we love these pieces for her. It’s pretty clear that she has a set of preferences for her public style and that layering, coverage, and a relatively loose fit tend to be at the top of the list. This works well while checking off all her boxes, so to speak. Lorenzo noted that this is what old-school styling used to be: the curating of selected pieces from different houses or boutiques instead of simply ripping a look off the latest runway and duplicating it, top to bottom. All of the pieces work well and coordinate with each other, everything feels like it was chosen specifically for her needs, and there isn’t a label in sight. Well done. She looks great. Yes, we hate the asymmetrical hem, but that’s our thing, not hers.
