We have to be bluntly mean here: this feels very stale. We wouldn’t expect Reese to be leading the charge on the latest trends, but this looks very circa 2016 to us. And we don’t think that color works well with her skin tone. For such a simple dress, it’s amazing how overdesigned it is.

See? No chemistry. We tend to think Reese is not the first name that comes to mind when you think of harried single moms who don’t have time to take care of themselves and don’t know what waxing is. It’s not that she can’t play a role like that, but it’s sort of like asking Julia Roberts to play someone with low self esteem. It’s really hard to buy.
