Pedro Pascal is out Star Wars-ing in a killer fit. That’s it. That’s the post. The star of The Mandalorian & Grogu made an appearance in Times Square in a look that’s inspiring a brand new sentence from us that we never thought we’d write: Chanel, we’ll take two of those jackets.

To be fair, it takes a special skillset and attitude to pull of a patent leather jacket but we think your boys (us) could make it work. Think about it, Chanel. In the mean time, we’re here to tell Pedro that he got this one exactly right. We haven’t loved the direction his style has taken of late. Like a lot of fashion conscious male stars, he keeps getting talked into these highly quirky menswear looks that don’t always work for him. But this combo – white dress shirt, black tie, gray dress pants, patent leather bomber, patent leather loafers – couldn’t be more perfect for him. It’s got the flair and the flamboyance he tends to favor, but it’s all toned down and restrained in a way that’s sexy and chic. This is the best he’s looked in a while.
