We were going to start this post off with an “Oof,” but then we wondered how long it had been since we covered Lizzie and it turns out we oof’d her twice already this year. What can we say? The lady likes her oofs. We will refrain from further oofing.
But she sure isn’t making it easy. We bitch about black-backed florals a lot, but the print isn’t the issue here. The design is simply drab and inexplicable. Also inexplicable: her long habit of pairing slightly frumpy dresses with the hottest, most focus-pulling footwear you can find. Those sandals are kind of great, but we don’t see how they pair with that frock.
