Let’s rate some of the gowns at the Latin Grammy, traditionally one of the GOWNIEST events on the red carpet calendar! Anitta, Becky G, Xtina and Rosalía all stepped out on that red carpet wearing looks meant to turn heads.

Despite being possibly the crotchiest gown we’ve ever seen in our lives, this looks much better on her than it should. It’s honestly a terrible design, but the fit is great and the styling is perfect, so it tends to balance out a little. Still, crotch bows are things that should not exist in any reality we’re leaving in.

The colors are great, but we can’t shake the impression that the bodice and the skirt don’t marry well. The top looks a little too much like a bathing suit to have such a massive ballgown skirt attached to it.

It’s like they took a perfectly decent, if slightly dull gown and completely screwed it up by hot-gluing every embellishment they could find onto the bust. If you’re going to do such a heavy crystal application on the bust, the design should support it. It’s weird how they extend past the bustline and onto the sheer yoke. The Miu Miu label right in the center is horrifying.
