Yes, let the rage flow through you, darlings. It’s healthy and cleansing. But look: it’s no good getting mad at a cocky young male star for dressing like exactly what we just said he was. This is a tried-and-true branding take that goes back generations; straddling that Hot Young Actor line separating “Bad Boy” from “Non-Threatening Boyfriend Material.” It’s a fun, cute, youthful look and we just can’t find it in ourselves to get upset over it. Photo calls are casual branding affairs and we don’t feel like he needed to get any more dressed up than this, nor do we think this ensemble was lazily thrown together. This is as curated as a starlet on Oscar night.
