It’s not awful, but we remain surprised and confused by his tendency to dress like a guy roughly thirty years older than him. Nothing here is wrong, but nothing here is particularly stylish or youthful either. The only thing vaguely on trend here is the hairstyle, which absolutely doesn’t suit him and kind of ages him. We wonder if he isn’t over-correcting for having played the box office’s most popular high schooler for the last six years. We can understand wanting to break out from your signature role, but going from 17 to 50 in the space of a year is asking a lot of the public, sir.
