Yesterday, it was $4 earrings, today it’s puppies. What did we say about this gal and image craft?
Duchess Kate and Prince William did their national cheerleading routine by visiting front line workers (and therapy dogs) at Clitheroe Community Hospital. That ensemble feels like a bit of a swerve from her. She’s worn sweaters before, of course. You don’t serve as a senior member of the British royal family without putting in some serious sweater and coat-wearing time. But the knit skirt is definitely new. And she doesn’t normally wear ribbed pieces. We love the outfit with the boots, but her love of rigid tone-on-tone styling let her down here. We think a high contrast coat in a rich color would have done so much more for the look.
