No Golden Globe win? A movie getting universally panned and called out for being problematic? No problem for Kate! She’s got a glass of wine and a whole lot of look on her back. She’s the very picture of unbothered, curated and coordinated though that picture may be.

While we can’t say we’re a hundred percent on this whole deal, we are at least happy to see her working some really off-the-beaten-path fashion. No cookie cutter looks for this gal. If this is working at all, it’s because of the highly controlled setting and limited amount of shots. We suspect it wouldn’t survive a trip out in the real word, if only because she’s not wearing a shirt or pants. We do kind of like the shoulder puffs, though. You can’t say they don’t add something to the look.
