This post has been sitting in a draft queue since Sunday night and for good reason. It’s because we realize every time we look at this ensemble, we’re reduced to simplistic assessments and sentiments in the “Gosh, this sure is pretty” vein. But can you blame us?

Because it is! Pretty, we mean! She’s serving “I own fifty-one percent of this company” Alexis Colby Carrington realness and she doesn’t even have big hair or shoulderpads! Or a hat!  It seems among her many other super-powers, Wonder Woman can handle a big-ass ruffle. Maybe it’s not award-winning or envelope-pushing fashion, but she looks fantastic in it. We always say it’s nearly impossible to combine the drama of a gown with a pair of pants, but this look comes pretty damn close. The hair and makeup are flawless and we love the (relative) delicacy of the earrings.
