Here’s where we feel a little sorry for the Bridgerton crowd. Here they are, an uncommonly good-looking and charismatic collection of actors with a high-buzz hit show (we chatted about it here), many of them receiving their first real wave of major press in their careers, and yet so few of them are getting the chance to strut their stuff and take a little victory lap/press tour in high style. Weep for the lost photo calls and red carpets, kittens. But as so many other celebrities have discovered in These Unprecedented Times, there’s always the ‘gram.

Oh. Sorry. We probably should’ve issued some sort of scrolldown warning. We will say this: We love the jacket and we love the shoes. When it comes to the pants, we think the generous cut is the entire point to the design, so you’re either going to buy into it or not. We think we can appreciate why a classic ingenue type in 2021 might want to go against expectations or why she might consider this a more modern, more interesting take on a classic pantsuit. We get it. It’s all you, girl. Go with God. But yeah, it’s not the type of cut we tend to prefer. Like we said, we love the rest of it, though.
