Miss Tessa serves up a little bit of Princess Diana-inspired scrolldown surprise for you. Although we can tell you that the preceding sentence is extremely misleading, for it is not the Princess of Wales’ iconic gown or suit or dress moments that’s getting an update here.
Yes, the lowly bicycle short has been trending upwards all year, with practically every fashion mag predicting their return. Diana liked to pair them with oversized jackets and tops and Tessa’s continuing the royal tradition, but with a much greater sense of drama. The bold red looks amazing on her and we love the combination of oversized jacket and beaded top. Her hair and makeup look fantastic and we love the red hoops. We can’t say we’re excited about the possible return of bicycle shorts to the world’s red carpets (when they come back), but for an at-home look like this one, they’re fine. We guess. We just don’t know what kind of shoes would look right with this ensemble.
