Suddenly, all the celebs are working late-summer metallics. Make a note, trend-watchers! You’ll all be expected to toe the metallic line come fall. Anyway, we noted yesterday that she likes to take a swing through Sexy Town every now and then in her promo style, and it looks like she’s still making her way through the neighborhood.
It’s cute. The dress is pretty juvenile (and pretty short), but the tuxedo jacket and pumps give it a more grownup feel. It’s not our favorite look in the world and it’s not remotely fresh, but it looks good on her (so much so that we wish she’d saved it for a red carpet), even if she doesn’t look entirely comfortable sitting in it. The point is to pop out on that television screen and we’d say she’s managing it nicely.
