You may be asking why Sarah Paulson was at the Game of Thrones premiere. We submit to you that this is the wrong question to ask and we predict you will know the right question to ask once you scroll down; namely:
“What the HELL is Sarah Paulson wearing?!?”
Correct. What the hell, indeed. We would not make the attempt to defend this design because even we think it’s too cray for words. On the other hand, it’s not her night and if Miss Lady wants to show up on a red carpet serving up her exact brand of eye-popping, space-taking, who-cares-about-pretty drag, we can only applaud the boldness. Not to mention the weirdness. The bows and ribbons, the sea-creature-like sleeves and the total incongruity of the top and bottom halves are not combining to produce a look that comes off chic or stylish, but we propose that it’s not supposed to. Not really. It’s supposed to turn your head and it’s supposed to force you to ask the very question we posed above. “Who the hell is that crazy lady and why the hell is she wearing that thing?” She is the Queen of Cray and we love her for it.
Now trash this, kittens. We know you want to.
