We just had to feature this right after giving her the Ology treatment because what did Miss Yalitza do? She style-swerved yet again. The one thing we didn’t see her work through awards season was a metallic and here she is, dressed up like Miss Oscar 2019:
Attagirl. Dress like you’re just waiting for the chance to pick up your trophy.
It’s retro and old-school feminine in the manner she seems to prefer. We’d normally say the sleeve and hem ruffles are wildly overdone, but we think she’s handling them really well. It’s a dress that doesn’t feel like it should work and yet she looks pretty amazing in it.
