Let’s check in on our old pal J Law, who’s way too cool and chic for the Oscars. Pfft. As if.
The House of Dior: Not big on backdrops.
It’s probably one of the best Dior looks we’ve seen her wear. The problem is, it’s not at all suited to her. The serious-to-the-point-of-grim textile, the prim high collar, cinched waist and flared swing skirt – none of it’s in her wheelhouse. It’s weirdly juvenile and dour at the same time. The dress of a child in a bad mood. Not that we don’t think it’s cute. This would sing on Lupita or look chic on Elle Fanning. It’s just not Jenny’s bag. The shades aren’t really all that great for her either.
LOVE the shoes, though.
