Well these two sure didn’t coordinate their looks, did they?

They look like they’re passing each other on the sidewalk on the way to two entirely different events.

We can’t say we love this at all. In fact, we kind of hate it. That red is harsh on her. And while we don’t have a problem with the idea of a sexy suit on the red carpet, this is just a really standard jacket and mini with one extremely distracting and incongruous design element trying to make it all look hot instead of weirdly slammed together. Also: we absolutely don’t agree with the idea of actors dressing in character for the red carpet, nor do we necessarily think dressing toward the genre of project being promoted is required. But this is a really odd way to show up for the premiere of your Ruth Bader Ginsburg biopic.

Ironically, she looks way hotter and more stylish in the period RBG costume on the film’s poster. Again, we don’t think cosplay was called for here, but the style is bad for her and kind of weird for promoting this film.

We’ll give him credit for wearing a pretty cool coat and sporting a really flattering haircut (which is not something he does as often as he should), but once again, this dude is seriously resting on his own pretty. Bad enough he couldn’t bother with a shirt that had more than two buttons (and presumably a belt since he’s leaving this one free and untucked, without a care in the world), but he couldn’t even bother to shave for the occasion. Except for the coat, he looks like he’s running out for a pack of smokes.
