The Pitt — or part of it, at least — came to PaleyFest in high style. Pittsburgh Trauma Medical Center staffers Noah Wyle, Katherine LaNasa and Taylor Dearden ditched their scrubs and got a little bit of glam on for the occasion — some more than others.

It’s a perfect summer suit for a guy who isn’t particularly showy about his style. Despite our constant diatribes about neutrals on the red carpet, we like a good tan suit on the right guy. The fit is off, though; a little snug in the jacket and the pants are practically hanging off him. Still, it’s a decent look.

We get that the deliberately sloppy, Little Tramp aesthetic is part of the Thom Browne brand, but this just looks like a very cute outfit that’s inexplicably messy as hell on its wearer. Browne’s creations are very styling-specific, but we think this look would be improved by ditching the bag and the shoes. It would also be improved by a steamer.

On the one hand, this comes off as possibly too dark and serious for the setting. On the other hand, we love that she’s signaling loud and clear that she’s not her character. We honestly didn’t recognize her at first. The suit’s interesting, but we don’t love the lace top and we might have suggested ditching the tights to lighten the look a little.
