Netflix held “an intimate tastemaker event” to promote its upcoming series Big Mistakes. Star Dan Levy joined show co-creator Rachel Sennott and Natasha Lyonne, who doesn’t seem to have anything to do with the production but apparently had the time, and they all came out to show off their taste in their color-free outfits.

David Rose had such a specific style and it was so clearly based on Dan’s own preferences, that we feel like he’s had to struggle to redefine his look in the years since Schitt’s Creek ended. We think this does the job nicely. It’s cute, a little sexy, and a little gay. LOVE seeing that big old belt buckle. Love to see someone sporting boots with dress pants that have been properly hemmed for boot-wearing. It’s all pretty great.

This is cute and sexy. That skirt is ridiculously short, but we’re not scandalized by it. The proportions work and this all feels very much in her preferred “smart hottie” mode. Her makeup looks great.

Natasha, you can wear the askew outfit or you can stand askew, but if you insist on doing both at the same time, we’re afraid we’ll have to keep scrolling lest we topple over in sympathy just looking at you. It’s not for us to critique someone’s posture (unless that someone is Leanin’ Eddie Redmayne), but this really is a terrible way to stand, not only for pictures, but to work any outfit you’re wearing. Anyway, we hate this. It’s trying to do too much and none of it’s interesting to us. Just scraps of black, hanging off her randomly.
