Caitriona Balfe continues to demonstrate her understanding that a bold, bright red is her signature color. At the season 8 premiere of Outlander, she showed up in a somewhat ugly dress, but the color looked amazing on her. She continued on that course for her appearance on Live with Kelly & Mark:
That is a gorgeous shade of red on her and yes, that is a very dumb design. It seems to be something of a theme. We hate to be dogmatic about such things but we really must insist that skirts not have dust ruffles — and definitely not ones that inexplicable get pinned to the waist. It’s such a hellaciously unflattering detail. At least the boots are nice.
