Miley… girl. Just what on earth is going on here?

We’ve been covering her a long time and we don’t get this at all. For the past couple of years, she’s been indulging in retro-tinged ’80s-esque glamour, but this looks like something an honoree at the TCM Film Festival would wear. The entire bottom half reads like ’90s office wear and the top looks like something Jane Fonda would wear to look trendy. That mess on the jacket does nothing at all for it. It doesn’t distract from the rest of the outfit. It only winds up making her look overwhelmed by it. The gloves are such a cliche they’re a little cringey. Keep the jacket and start over. You can interpret a moto in a lot of interesting ways, but this isn’t one of them.
