Look, Warner’s is willing to spend insane amounts of money and time on promoting Superman, so the very least we could do is just publish the press release that explains all this:

‘Superman’ stars David Corenswet (Clark Kent/Superman), Rachel Brosnahan (Lois Lane) and Nicholas Hoult (Lex Luthor) appear on the UK’s highest platform at the very top of The Shard, as a spectacular 11ft sculpture of Superhero hovers above them and a Daily Planet helicopter circles the iconic building. The sculpture of Superman, four months in the making, is suspended within the 1,000ft high exposed spire of the UK’s tallest building for an entire day to celebrate the release of DC Studios’ ‘Superman’, releasing in cinemas Friday 11th July.

Alrighty, then! Quite the spectacle. We, for our parts, are more concerned with what Superman stars Nicholas Hoult, Rachel Brosnahan and David Corenswet wore for the occasion, so you’ll pardon us if we move on to shallower waters.

It’s clear that the fashion was not top priority for the folks promoting this thing or the photographers present, since we don’t even have a decent full shot of any of them, but nothing looks objectionable from what we can say. David’s giving classic Good Guy style, Rachel’s working a retro-sassy sort of look, and Nicholas looks like a hot serial killer. Everything appears to be in order, we’d say.
